Keyboard Static when turned on. 

Hello and thank you for your quick response, it was disappointing to plug in the keyboard and hear the static. I did a small video so you can see it is plugged into the wall outlet and when it is turned on you hear the noise. Please instruct me on how to proceed with this issue.
